Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP Extra-Vecchio 25 years 100 ml
The traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP Extra-vecchio is made from grapes of the Lambrusco and Trebbiano vines, grown in the vineyards of the Tenuta del Cigno. The must, obtained from the crushing of the grapes,is subjected to cooking in an open jar and the product is then decanted into the barrels where it undergoes an aging of at least 25 years during which the decanting is carried out, from year to year, in barrels characterized by decreasing capacity and different types of wood. The process does not involve the addition of other products or additives and takes place in strict compliance with the product specification registered in the Community with Council Regulation (EC) No 813/2000 of 17 April 2000.
